The bamboo roman shades were a new addition last year to replace the aging Hunter Douglas shades that came with the house. I love keeping the large star fish in the transom windows year round!

This winter I have moved some of my favorite finds from the year up to the fireplace mantel. An antique blue transferware platter, antique books and some hotel silver.
I like to change the pillows on the couch seasonally. For the winter months I sewed some simple pillows out of plaid wool.
